The Massasoit Art Guild (MAG) is a welcoming community of artists and art enthusiasts dedicated to fostering creativity, artistic growth, and appreciation for the visual arts. Our mission is to support local artists by providing opportunities to learn, connect, exhibit, and share their work with the community.

Throughout the year, members enjoy a variety of activities, including workshops, demonstrations, open studio sessions, and exhibitions that encourage artistic development and collaboration. The Guild also partners with local businesses and organizations to display members' artwork in venues throughout the area, giving artists valuable exposure while enriching our community with original art.

The Massasoit Art Guild proudly hosts two annual Art Shows & Sales, offering the public an opportunity to view and purchase original artwork created by talented local artists. Our Spring Show is held at the Leicester Public Library, while our Fall Show takes place at the Spencer Town Hall in Spencer, Massachusetts.

Our studio, located in East Brookfield, is open to members every Wednesday morning and on the second and third Saturday mornings of each month. These open studio sessions provide a relaxed, supportive environment where members can work on their projects, exchange ideas, receive feedback, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow artists.

Photography enthusiasts are also an important part of the Guild. Our Photography Group meets monthly in the evening to share images, discuss techniques, participate in creative challenges, and inspire one another through collaboration and constructive feedback.

Membership is open to artists working in all fine art mediums, from painting and photography to sculpture, mixed media, and more. We also welcome individuals who simply enjoy the arts and wish to support the growth and success of local artists. Whether you are a beginner exploring your creativity or an experienced artist looking to connect with others, the Massasoit Art Guild offers a friendly and encouraging place to learn, create, and grow.
